Development of embedded systems
July 21-22, 2020
Be part of the CADFEM Online Technology Day Battery Management Systems
Developing predictive virtual models from the concept phase to the approval process for software developers, system architects and product managers.
The event is supported by Ansys. CADFEM has been a successful Ansys Elite Channel Partner since 1985.
At a glance
This event shows the software-supported development of a battery management system from the perspective of the extent to which virtual and physically very detailed and sufficiently predictable models can help in the software development of approval-relevant safety-critical applications.
Your benefit
You will get an overview on the methods used and get to know how the different simulation products interact for virtual prototyping. You will be shown how these models can be combined with Ansys SCADE for safety-critical applications. Furthermore, our experts show how an interdisciplinary development can be achieved with regard to both product efficiency and product safety.
In addition, a combined model of software and physics is able to provide added value in the operation phase as digital twin: a precise prediction of the state of health and state of charge increases the knowledge about the actual battery state and enables new services like predictive maintenance, recommendations-as-a-service or performance-as-a-service.

After registering you will receive a confirmation. A few days before the event, you will also receive the invitation to join the Webex Event Session. The event will be active several minutes before scheduled. You will have enough time to set up you connection properly. There is no need to install the software. It can be run as a temporary application. You can either use a headset or dial in via telephone.
All participants are muted during the presentations. We encourage you to write questions in the Q&A section of the Webex Event Application. Afterwards, during the Q&A session, we will unmute you, so you can introduce yourself and ask your question directly to the speakers. Let us know in advance if you don’t have a microphone, so we will ask your written questions.
