CADFEM Germany is expanding its management.

Matthias Alberts was appointed to the management board of CADFEM Germany GmbH on July 1, 2022. The 40-year-old has been with CADFEM since 2007.

Matthias Alberts is the new managing director of CADFEM Germany GmbH

Matthias Alberts began his professional career 15 years ago at CADFEM in Hannover. This was followed by various positions with the simulation specialist in Germany and abroad. On July 1, 2022, the 40-year-old joined the management board of CADFEM Germany GmbH alongside Dr. Jürgen Vogt and Erke Wang.

CADFEM management is expanding

With the appointment of Matthias Alberts, born in 1982, as Managing Director alongside Dr. Jürgen Vogt and Erke Wang, who have successfully guided the fortunes of the simulation specialist for many years, CADFEM is setting the course for the future. Because the Grafing-based company has always done well in delegating management tasks to employees within its own ranks, this was also done in this case.

Matthias Alberts joined CADFEM in 2007 directly after completing his mechanical engineering studies at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts in Hanover and the University of South Wales. Through his career that has included various engineering and sales positions in Germany, the USA, and Austria, the 40-year-old is very familiar with the company, its customers and partners, and the simulation world. Matthias Alberts has been managing director of CADFEM (Austria) GmbH since 2014.

“Matthias is a trustworthy person who has proven over the years that he can successfully manage companies with great skill and empathy.”
(Dr.-Ing. Christoph Müller, Partner and Managing Director CADFEM International GmbH)

Internationalization

CADFEM Germany is an important part of the growing internationalization of CADFEM under the umbrella of the CADFEM Group. Matthias Alberts will be actively involved in the future-oriented development of new markets. His international experience, his conviction, and his previous involvement in the CADFEM Group and the TechNet Alliance (shaped by CADFEM) have all thoroughly prepared him for this task.
