Our university partners
CADFEM esocaet considers itself a partner from industry in cooperation with the universities. The intensive contact with simulation engineers means that application-oriented aspects of further training requirements are taken into account in the courses offered. The common goal is to provide an extensive range of academic continuing education program on current simulation topics in order to facilitate a sustainable expansion of skills.
Frequently asked questions
Below you will find relevant information and assistance that is frequently requested. Do you have any further questions, suggestions or requests? Then feel free to contact us.
Simulation is more than software. In a master’s module, certificate course or part-time master’s from the CADFEM university partners, you can get a glimpse behind the program interface. You learn the calculation algorithms, use analytical methods to simplify models and validate results, and understand the influence of all kinds of software parameters. The expertise you acquire will enable you to quickly produce reliable findings that answer key product improvement questions. To ensure your specialist or managerial career develops in the direction you want it to, we recommend a combination of both types of further education.
The registration and admissions process depends on the legal requirements of the respective university location. We provide all of the key information in the program descriptions as a rough guide. Additionally, we would recommend an individual consultation with a CADFEM esocaet program manager and the information webinar.
The range of courses available from CADFEM esocaet offers flexibility and facilitates individual planning. This allows even participants not aiming for a master’s degree to take individual modules culminating in a university certificate. Different modules and programs can also be combined. CADFEM esocaet actively promotes the combining of differently focused courses at the other universities. A unique combination of practical course content in English and lessons with simulation experts from both practice and academia is on offer.
Courses are designed for physical presence to facilitate networking. Lectures are usually held in a block once or twice per month, mostly from Thursday to Saturday. On top of this, if you are taking three modules, for example, you should plan to set aside approx. 10 hours a week for self-study. Employers can plan for approx. 10 percent study time and 90 percent ongoing work.
All information on the individual programs are available in the respective course descriptions. The CADFEM esocaet team would be pleased to meet with you at your company to offer individual advice and give presentations.
