Details
Parametric analysis is a powerful tool in the design process. The physical effects can nowadays be modelled and examined almost completely virtually. However, when it comes to the further development of designs - e.g. smaller installation space, lower material usage, lower weight or higher durability - the result of a single analysis is only of limited value. Here, simulation has a clear advantage over conventional testing: new material properties, changes in geometry or modified operating conditions can be easily adapted in the simulation in a short time and immediately show the influence on relevant product properties. Instead of selective statements, systematic variant calculations make correlations visible, which help development engineers and product managers to make the right decisions.
In the ANSYS product family the tools ANSYS DesignXPlorer and ANSYS optiSLang are available as powerful tools. On this basis, you can not only analyze your products, but also improve them specifically. This allows you to implement customer requirements faster and more targeted.
In this webinar we will introduce you to the three pillars of product improvement: sensitivity analysis, optimization and robustness evaluation.
Benefits
In this webinar you will gain an insight into virtual product development by means of variant studies, their benefits, targeted improvement possibilities and securing independence from scatter.
Target Group
Product developers and product managers who want to analyze and improve their products in order to master the requirements for innovation and quality.
