Important information
Confirmation, invoicing and cancellation deadlines
After your registration you will immediately receive a registration confirmation and the invoice. If you need to cancel your registration or name a replacement participant, please send an e-mail to seminar@cadfem.de.
For the CADFEM Conference in Darmstadt, Germany, which will be held on April 10-11, 2024, the General Terms and Conditions along with the following deadlines apply to cancellations or the provision of a replacement participant free of charge:
- A 100% refund of the participation fee is possible if the cancellation is made by 12:00 a.m. March 10, 2024.
- A 50% refund of the participation fee is possible if the cancellation is made by 12:00 a.m. April 5, 2024.
- The nomination of substitute participants is possible until 12:00 p.m. April 5, 2024.
During the CADFEM Conference 2024, film and image recordings will be made by the organizer. See privacy policy.
