Take advantage of the competence of a team of more than 130 engineers. As a leading supplier of simulation solutions for industry and research and teaching, we are always happy to share the experience that we have amassed over 30 years.

Our offer to you – when it matters

We like to see CADFEM Support as a partner that our clients can rely on. As such, we offer support for all issues relating to simulation practice.

There where you are and speaking your language

Our Support teams are composed of experts from our locations in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. In the event of an emergency, we can even provide support on-site.

Experienced

All of our support staff possess many years of experience as simulation engineers. Their varied activities in projects, trainings and seminars form the basis of a comprehensive knowledge base. This practical orientation helps to ensure that the support we provide is of the highest quality.

Personal availability

Available by Web: Outline your problem or ask a question by email. You will receive a response within few hours. Direct webmeetings are supporting the communication.

Second opinion

Our support extends beyond just software. We can help you with your day-to-day operations by discussing simulation models and tasks, thereby allowing you to get to work and play it safe with your simulation approach. Our user support includes advice during preparation of your simulation project, ensuring the best possible approach to your analysis.

Simulation support the way you want it

If you’re using superior simulation software, you need superior support to back you up. With a company history stretching back more than 30 years, we have continued to optimize our support.

In client surveys, we achieve an average of 9 out of 10 for satisfaction and availability – a score that motivates us to maintain our outstanding quality level. Always connected with record response times.

Software support is not all that we offer:

  • We also help with compiling an analysis plan before the project gets underway;
  • We are available to provide our assessment during simulations;
  • We are well versed in virtually all disciplines of physics;
  • We offer first-level support for hardware; and
  • We maintain our very own secure data transfer platform.

Just ask us. We, and our 130 engineers, are here to support you.
