Your tasks
- Function as a solution specialist in the field of Computational Structural Mechanics using simulation tools such as ANSYS Workbench
- Have an effective communication, align with the project requirement
- Prepare the plan for simulation activities and align the simulation strategy with the requester.
- Should be able to prepare the simplified CAD models required
- Define the mesh attributes and assign the required boundary conditions
- Perform the structural simulations, analyze the results, prepare proper report with appropriate conclusions and suggestions to improve the products performance
- Engaging with problem background research, hand calculations and co-ordinate with expert team members to close knowledge gaps to effectively complete projects
- Provide technical assistance to sales team through paid benchmark problems
- Responsible for timely and qualitative deliverable of the project
- Keep abreast of the latest technological developments
- Develop and strengthen long-term relationships with customers
- Guide in-house efforts in expanding customer accounts.
Your Profile
- 0-3 years of relevant experience would be an added advantage
- Masters or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or other Mechanical related technical disciplines with an aggregate >70% & with No Live Backlogs.
- Sound background in Finite Element Method, Strength of Materials, Solid Mechanics & Heat Transfer.
- Knowledge on ANSYS Workbench is a must and knowledge on LS-DYNA and HyperMesh will be an added advantage.
- Engaging personality, engineering curiosity and willingness for continuous learning
- Possesses a sense of urgency, strong organizational and follow up skills
- Willing to Travel

Job Description
- Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
- Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
- Researching and qualifying new leads through cold-calling which are Inside Sales Qualified Lead to Sales.
- Demonstrate ability to meet upto given sales target by sharing new Qualified Leads on a monthly basis.
- Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
- Evaluate the first line of data and devise target strategies/ Data profiling.
- Email and LinkedIn prospecting to identify and create new opportunities.
- Identify decision makers within specific business areas for business prospects & events.
- Make follow up calls to customers who has shown interest during initial contact.
- Generate successful leads and appointment data to concerned sales representatives.
- Ability to work with CRM and maintain the database.
- Data gathering and analytics to support decision making for all business and business support functions.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Any B.Tech or MBA.
- Relevant experience of 2-4 years.
- Hands on experience in cold calling, email marketing, Lead generation, Qualifying leads, Market research.
- Knowledge in CAE/CAD/Simulation and design tools is preferrable.
- Hands on experience in North & West regions.
- Fluent communication in English and Hindi is a must.
- Team Player.
