Günter Müller was a new father when he founded CADFEM over 30 years ago, and the company has driven innovation to great success ever since. CADFEM is now the largest Ansys Channel Partner, and with the international CADFEM Group, it boasts a staff of over 600. But the basic values have always remained the same:

Günter Müller has since handed down the reins to the next generation. Nonetheless, as Managing Director of CADFEM International GmbH, he remains actively involved in the growth and innovation of the Group. He and his wife continue to foster a sense of family at CADFEM.
What distinguishes us as a family company: Maximizing profits is not our top priority. The primary aim is to secure the long-term viability and value of CADFEM. This comes from a foundation of stable finances, efficient business processes, skilled, satisfied employees, and a friendly working environment.

CADFEM and FEM – over three decades of association
From an engineering office to a leading provider of simulation solutions with over 20 holdings worldwide, CADFEM can look back on around 35 years of history.
CADFEM has been inextricably linked with simulation since 1985.
But CADFEM’s roots actually go back to 1982. An engineer with Ansys at the time, Günter Müller, one of the two founders of the company, was responsible for sales, training and support.
And in 1983, he organized the first Users’ Meeting – known today as the CADFEM Ansys Simulation Conference – in Heersching am Ammersee.
